Yuatsu Systems Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered company providing vessel technical support and industrial crane supply to operators across Southeast Asia. Our two divisions share one operating standard — technical rigour, fast response, and accountability on every job.
Singapore is one of the world’s busiest commercial ports and a strategic hub for regional naval activity. We’re based here deliberately, close to the vessels we service, the manufacturers we represent, and the clients we supply. No offshore handoffs, no time-zone delays, no intermediaries adding cost without value.
On the maritime side, we provide on-demand technical support to commercial vessels calling at Singapore port, and to military vessels operating under stricter compliance and confidentiality requirements. Response time is the metric that matters.
On the industrial side, we supply overhead and gantry cranes from established manufacturers to warehouses, fabrication shops, ports, and heavy industrial sites across the region. Supply-only, specified to the load and duty cycle, delivered on schedule.
We lead with the principles that govern how we plan, respond, and deliver across both maritime technical support and crane supply.
We work to documented standards, not assumptions. Every vessel job follows defined procedures and reporting. Every crane supply is specified to load, span, duty cycle and site conditions before we quote. Our deliverables are auditable and our scope of work is written, not implied.
Vessels keep schedules measured in hours, not days. Industrial clients lose money for every hour a line is down. We staff and stock to respond fast, at port for technical callouts, and through manufacturer partnerships for crane availability and lead-time visibility.
We service military and commercial fleets, and we work with industrial clients whose operations are commercially sensitive. Confidentiality, chain-of-custody, and disciplined access control are part of how we operate, not optional add-ons. Our crews are trained and our processes are designed for it.
Choosing a technical service partner or a crane supplier is a risk decision. These four things are how we de-risk it for our clients.
A local entity with local accountability. Our team is in Singapore — not subcontracted from offshore — which means faster response times for vessel callouts and direct conversations on crane specifications without intermediaries.
Military vessel work demands stricter security clearance, documentation, and access protocols than commercial work. Operating across both sectors means our standard practices already meet the higher bar — which benefits every client.
We don’t run a maritime business and a separate industrial business. Both divisions share leadership, processes, and accountability. The discipline you see on a vessel job is the same discipline applied to specifying and delivering an overhead crane.
Our crane supply is backed by direct manufacturer partnerships — which means accurate lead times, technical support during specification, and continuity for spares and service after delivery.
